Pisces

Jeff Branson Chart

2/10/05 - Wow! I'm just blown away by the performance of Jeff Branson on "All My Children". He's being unmasked as an abuser and mysogynist. The way he goes into his control mode and then moves in and out of it and cajoles and pleads and manipulates, is just mind boggling.

Branson was born March 10, 1977 near St. Louis Missouri. He's an only child. He was born with the sun in Pisces, and the moon in Scorpio or Sag (since we don't have a time of birth). He has a strong water chart with Pisces and Scorpio planets. Add to that, fire sign planets - Venus and Chiron in Aries, and Saturn and Pallas in Leo. Water and fire can create steam or water can put out fire...or fire can evaporate water...in other words, one can consume the other depending on which way the personality goes....but in it's positive state, water and fire can create a steam that compliments both.

Pisceans make great actors. Their planet, Neptune, and their house, the 12th, are symbolic of film and make believe, as well as metaphor and fairy tales. They tend to be 'working actors' who become their character on screen, morphing into the person each day.....hopefully, they don't take it home with them!

Branson has Mercury in Pisces in a trine position (120 degrees) to Uranus in Scorpio. Water signs tend to be deep and intuitive anyway, and when you add a combination where the communication planet (Mercury) is in good aspect to the higher octave of communication (Uranus) you get someone who is quick witted, who has futuristic thinking, and can often be a genius in seeing the possibilities in things others would think prosaic. Water and air energy doesn't work together, so there can be times when he's very cerebral, and others when he comes from a feeling place. Soon, Uranus, currently in Pisces, will be moving over his Mercury and Sun in Pisces, which will send him off in new directions and it will be a period where ideas will just be popping into his head. It's good to have a cassette recorder nearby during the day as well as to record dreams at night, as there will be many valuable ideas breaking into his consciousness.

Jeff is almost 28, which means Saturn has traveled all around the zodiac and is about to return to the spot where it began at his birth. It'll be a time where he takes stock of his life and vows to accomplish those things which have been pushd aside. It'll be a time when he'll need to avoid being victimized by an authority figure.

Jeff was born in the Year of the Snake and the month of the Boar. He's harder on himself than anyone and he needs to be with positive people to keep him from getting down in the dumps.

CharactersAlive

About 15 years ago, I created a way to tap into the character on any show. I called it "Characters Alive" (copyright, Pamela Leigh Powers). I was hoping it would get me an intro to flesh out characters for soap writers, but that never happened. It does tho, give a fascinating look at how the character, in this case, "Jonathan", operates.

"Jonathan" has an Aries sun with Mars in Aries close by. This is an incendiary combination; Mars representing anger by itself...and then it's in Aries with the sun. Saturn squares it in Cancer. Saturn represents father energy, so here it says that 'his' father was an angry disciplinarian....he could even be in the military, as a Mars/Saturn combo indicates that the person will have an interest in such an area.

Jonathan
Saturn, in Cancer, sesqui's Chiron in Pisces (135 degrees apart). Saturn with Chiron aspects, often creates father wounding. Then, Venus in Taurus, opposes Pluto in Scorpio. This is the primary aspect. Venus is love and magnetism and warm, fuzziness in relationships. Pluto, of course, in it's negative, is domination and control; jealousy and possessiveness. When it's positive, it creates a bond that cannot be broken...a connection from heart to heart which never goes away. In it's negative, it shows 'Jonathan's' need to find a woman who is not strong in self esteem; who cares and gives people the benefit of the doubt...this type of woman is not going to stand up to him, so he manipulates and controls and uses 'poor me' tactics, making the woman feel sorry for him...yet when that 'poor me' persona doesn't work, it changes into one of misogyny. They say misogynists hate women. In Susan Forward's book, "Men who hate women and the women who love them" - she says that they are actually so connected to the woman and fearful of her leaving, that he isolates them from friends, keeps other view points from getting to her, and tears down her self esteem telling her by word or deed that it's good that he puts up with her because no one else would.
