Astrology is an exact...and an inexact science. Left brained people love the math and the intricacies, and how one planet's body of mass in relation to another creates certain actions in our everyday world. Right brained people, too, are intrigued with the symbol, metaphor and intuitive aspects. Astrology is for everyone!
Astrology is really a part of psychology. Understanding our motivations and those of others, we develop more compassion and insight. If astrology teaches one thing it is that some people's charts just mesh, and some don't....it isn't a reflection on either person. No one way is correct...it is what is correct for any individual sign. That takes a lot of pressure off us to be just the same as someone else.
As you probably read in my introductory page, I've been an astrologer for some 30+ years. I come from the right brained, intuitive side. The Virgo/Aquarius in me likes the numbers, likes the structure of it all, but the Pisces loves the intuitive aspect of astrology and how we can balance and heal thru knowing our horoscope.
To traditional western astrology, I have added components of Chinese Astrology. I use the traditional understanding, but I have linked it to the 5 element system of acupuncture, and found that the 12 animals of Chinese Astrology are archetypes of the meridian system - those 12 paths of energy which go up and down the body which acupuncturists use to place their needles to release blockages. By placing their "Time of Day" wheel around the astrology wheel, I am able to offer an entirely new astrological reading: tapping into the emotions around the planets and their aspects, and showing behavioral and emotional patterns. By doing this, we can often tap into origins of health issues.
Another new feature is "Turning the Wheel" which is the basis for my second book. Using the Chinese Astrology animal archetypes around the astrology wheel, we can tap into the behavior or key people in a client's life, and how they affect the querent.
Astrology readings are as follows:
90 minute reading - $125
60 minute reading - $75
30 minute reading - $45
90 minute readings are generally for first time clients and they incorporate a traditional western reading with the Chinese interpretation and a look at what the aspects in the next year portend. A 60 minute reading is generally a yearly update of what to look for in the coming year. A 30 minute reading is generally used when a question comes up that one wants an indepth look at. But, you can choose a 30 minute reading to get a quick overview to see if you like the reading and the process.
Internet Special!!!
90 minute reading - $99, 60 minute reading - $60 and 30 minute reading-$35
