Laci, in fact, was born at 4:44 am PDT in Modesto, California on Sunday May 4, 1975. Being only an hour or so before sunrise, it doesn't change the chart that much from the solar one that we previously had here. It gives her an Aries rising, with Jupiter on the horizon. It was recently reported in the SF Chronicle that her friends loved her, but when they went to places where she was new, they never knew what was going to come out of her mouth, being very blunt. Well, Aries can be quite blunt, and with Jupiter only 1 degree in from the ascendant, can enhance it. It's said of Jupiter/Sag energy, that they jump in where angels fear to tread. But with Jupiter, it's blurted out but not meant to hurt.

Her moon is in Aquarius - - which would bring her to the attention of the media and be seen around the country. Mars in Pisces tends to 'wash away' the more assertive qualities of Mars, and would make her softer than Mars might normally be; plus it is hiding in the 12th house. Mercury and Venus in Gemini plus Jupiter in Aries, would lighten up her personality and make her more communicative than a Taurus would normally be. Laci has a grand trine between Gemini, Aquarius and Libra, which would give her luck in the communication fields.

Saturn squares Pluto, Cancer to Libra from the fourth house of family (and the foundation of her chart/life) to the 6th house/almost 7th. Saturn/Pluto transits make us straighten up and fly right; they don't brook any nonsense. It's control and domination. They push us to take our power...or crush us. Every one born around '75 have Saturn square Pluto - if not a generational influence, it does affect everyone born in the mid 70's.

Saturn in the 4th (mother house) at the bottom of the chart says three things. That her father (Saturn) was the nurturing person in her life, or that mom was pretty strict.....or life was hard because of Saturn being in her foundation; radiating out into the rest of her chart. Because the 4th house is her mothering as well as her own mother's, with Saturn there it would say there can be sorrow having children.

Uranus is in her 7th house of mate. Well, Uranus is erratic at times, forward thinking, the hippie, looking at life from a different perspective than the 9-5 grind. Uranus causes sudden changes. It also doesn't want to be penned into a traditional situation. Being in the 7th of mate, reflecting Scott, he may not have been as happy with the cottage and the 'white picket fence' existence as Laci was.

Uranus is the focal point of a lot of aspects. It trines the moon in Aquarius, opposes Jupiter and Chiron in Aries, inconjuncts Mercury in Taurus, and trines Venus in Gemini. Some aspects good, some not so good, but whenever a transiting planet ticks off Uranus, it's like setting off a pin ball machine where the other planets are affected too.

In 2002, Saturn and Pluto were opposed to each other in the sky. They had been directly opposed in 2001, but have been hanging out, back and forth, as each as gone retrograde and started forward again. For Laci, Pluto squared Mars at the beginning of the year and again on December 6th. Meanwhile Saturn was squaring Mars on May 31. The coup de'gras may have been Saturn returning to the original degree of Natal Saturn (the Saturn return which we have around 30)....and conjuncting Venus just before. The Saturn return (to its own place at about 30) is usually quite difficult, and then having S/P in aspect to it would create strong, powerful energy to challenge the native.

Mars is male energy, it is the warrior, the fighter, the aggressor; guns, knives, etc. It is diluted somewhat in Pisces. But with Saturn and Pluto actively triggering it, it adds an element of action to the potency of S/P. Pisces can be energy which is 'behind the scenes', with a Mars person, 'plotting' against her.

Pluto is in late degrees in the 6th house, actually ruling the 7th house of mate, too. Early in her life it transited into the 7th. This adds an element of control and power to the events that were triggered in her childhood, so that those energies dictated whom she would marry to mirror those incidents.

So, Saturn is moving in to her Saturn return, and conjuncting Venus in Gemini. Saturn sitting on any one of your personal planets, tends to squash it. Everything is harder, you'd better mind your p's&q's or you're going to get tripped up by someone in authority.

In 2001 when S/P opposed, Pluto was stressing her natal Saturn; another heavy aspect, showing someone in her life who was controlling and the energy was encouraging her to stand up for herself.

The moon in Aquarius sextiled Chiron and Ceres in Aries. Chiron is the wounding, and her wounding was probably not being able to have a baby. The moon is our emotional nature, Chiron being the wounding, and Ceres being the physical nurturing. Did you grow up with a roof over your head, food on the table, clothes to wear????? Was everything perfect on the surface???....but maybe not so great behind closed doors???

In 2002, Uranus trined her Venus, which could have changed the energy to help her get pregnant.

From the Chinese perspective, Laci was born in the Year of the Cat and the month of the Ox, the hour of the Tiger and the minute of the Horse. The Cat can be mellow or it can be like a 'cat of a hot tin roof'...and sometimes they can sacrifice for others. The Ox says that she was probably pretty sheltered as a child.

Being born in the Hour of the Tiger, she exhibited this to the world. The Tiger is self effacing, but at the same time, Tigers want to be recognized; they hate being ignored. They'll roar to get your attention. They don't like to look in the mirror much, and they'll put on a brave face to the world.

Born in the Minute of the Horse; well the Horse is in love with love. She wants to be married, she enjoys all the accouterments of married life. Horses will sometimes stay longer in a marriage just so they aren't the 'unescorted woman' at events. She feels like a 5th wheel when she's in a group alone.

In Laci's chart, Pluto is in the area of the Monkey/Bladder. This would say she has a strong desire to put on a pleasant front, to smile and say "everything's FINE" when really it isn't. It's a placement where she can deny herself what she really wants so as not to deny herself she wants subconsciously. She may have been stronger and more 'bossy' than we think. The Monkey energy is that of control, denial and manipulation and with Pluto there it just amps it up. Aries had it for those born between 57 and 72, and people like Rosie O'Donnell, have this strong core. Then in 1972 Taurus became the recipient of Pluto in the Monkey/Bladder area. So for 12 years, you can see your Taurus friends born from 72-84 are stronger and more controlling than other Taureans.

All these elements contrived to create the situation. Mars being in a critical place, the Saturn return, Saturn conjuncting Venus, and then Saturn squaring and Pluto opposing Mars. One hopes the perpertrator will be found and pay for this heinous crime, to a young woman, full of life and grace, looking forward to the birth of her first child.

It would be appropriate here to say that everyone born in 1975 and May in particular, needn't worry. These scenarios are triggered by the rising sign, where the moon was, what houses the planets were in by rising, how the energy was used growing up; what did she learn, how did she learn it, etc.

6/3 - Today, witnesses said that Laci did not complain about her pregnancy, nor her marriage. If there were something wrong, as we think, the Pluto in the Bladder meridian energy, would have her control the situation and not reveal what might have been going on. Geragos also said that Scott was 'stone cold innocent' - isn't that a strange way to indicate innocence?
