George W. was born with the Sun in Cancer, the Moon in Libra and Leo rising. HisSun sign in Cancer is deposited in the 12th house....or the hidden. The Sun is at 13 degrees of Cancer, while Saturn is at 26 degrees, also hidden in the 12th. It would seem to indicate he was a power behind the scenes, but may also indicate why he wasn't in the public eye while his father was president. I've often wondered why a son with political aspirations wasn't more visible during the father's presidency.

In his first house just on the horizon is Mercury at 9 degrees of Leo and Pluto at 10 degrees. While Venus isn't far behind at 21 degrees Leo. You would think he would have a more gregarious personality, much like President Clinton, who is a Leo, since the Cancerian Sun is hidden. But, Pluto in the first, combined with Mercury says that his communication is formidable and he can undoubtedly sway people with his forceful personality and manner of speech. Pluto in the first, tho, tends to implode sometimes, so that may be the factor which is tempering the openess of the Leo personality.

George W. has Mars in Virgo at 9 degrees, and then 5 heavenly bodies in Libra: Neptune at 5 degrees, Chiron at 15, the Moon at 16, Juno at 16 and Jupiter at 18 degrees; all in the 3rd house of communication. The Libra planets would look for relationship and harmony with another, while Neptune lends a gauziness to communication , and with the Moon there, would indicate a good writer. The fact that Neptune is nearby would indicate he would do well writing fiction. Jupiter is there to lend luck. Chiron and the Moon together, would say that mom (Barbara Bush) is a wounded healer, or there is some wounds with the yin energy.

Uranus is in Gemini in the 11th house, giving him a loquacious presence and the ability to communciate via electronics and particularly tv.

Currently, Pluto and Chiron are in the 5th house of children and creativity. While Uranus and Neptune are moving thru the 7th house of marriage and partner. Saturn is currently in the 10th house of career with Jupiter in Taurus, but Jupiter is about to move out, and Saturn will follow. It might have been better if the election was held last year.

As we move towards the end of the year, Uranus will move to oppose Venus in his 1st house, either causing him to be the darling of the public, or bringing something to light, i.e., "exposing" something as Uranus is wont to do.

George W. is about a month and a half older than Bill Clinton. He too, was born in the year of the Dog. Clinton, as the 42nd president, played out the qualities of the Dog energy in the United State's chart. The Dog energy asks us to be authentic and not edit or rehearse who we are. It calls upon people born in the energy of the Dog to alchemize love with sex and not see it as two isolated expressions. The Dogs who do this become people who can commit and who are comfortable in intimate encounters....those who haven't often get 'cold feet' when it comes to a permanent relationship. The Dog archetype relates to the peridardium or circulation-sex meridian, which is the sac which protects the heart. Dog people often hold themselves back from real relationships so as not to get their heart broken again.

His 7th house of marriage has 7 of Aquarius on the cusp and is split between The Dog and Boar energy, showing that his wife mirrors this energy for him. Women born with Dog enegy tend to be prim and proper and shy, as Mrs. Bush seems to be. Female Dogs (and she may or not be born in the year of the Dog but shows she has the energy displayed from somewhere in her chart) can be inhibited and not be comfortable with sex and see it only for procreation.

Currently, with Uranus and Neptune going thru Bush's 7th house of marriage, we might see the presidential campaign and possible presidency taking a toll on the marriage.

Bush Jr. was born in the month of the Cat and the Hour of the Cat, being 6:26 am standard time. The Cat energy suffers from bouts of inferiorty. Cat people often have adults in their formative years who criticize them and make them feel less than okay. The Cat can grow up to turn that around and wield control by keeping people off center by keeping them in their place. The Cat who has high self esteem or good self esteem will not spear that arrow.

We find the archetype of the Boar in the minute of his birth. The Boar represents the triple warmer energy which fluctuates between hope and hopelessness. This undboutedly makes him more dour than his Clinton counterpart. The Boar energy must stay with positive people and see the positive side of life, not to fall into despair. Right now, Uranus is moving through that area of his chart, indicating he may get 'shook' up or 'shocked' in some way.

Will he win? If we look at the United States' chart, and start with George Washington as the first president and deposit him in the 10th house as the "boss", then if we 'turn the wheel' and count around, we find that Bill Clinton, as the 42nd president reposes in the 8th house of the U.S. Chart and in the Circulation-Sex overlay from the meridian wheel. The previous president, George W.'s father, was, obviously, our 41st president, and his placement is in the the U.S. 6th house. It shows that when we place the meridian overlay on it, that Bush Sr. displayed the Monkey energy as president, and we see that when Thomas was nominated for the Superior Court, he didn't want to hear anything from Anita Hill, he just wanted Thomas on the bench, period.....a Monkey thing to do.

If we "turn the wheel" again and use the United State's 6th house as Bush senior's 1st, and count five from Bush's placement in the U.S. Chart, Bush's #1 son George W. shows up in ...the 10th. The fifth house is of course, that of children and first child in particular. George W.is the eldest child of George and Barbara Bush.
