Mike Douglas was the predecessor of all the afternoon talk shows. It was more music and entertainment than straight talk and interviews, but there was enough of that, too. Mike was a singer who segued easily into the role of interviewer and foil for the comedians and stars who graced his stage.
Douglas died the morning of his birthday. Almost everywhere, you see the year as 1925, but a couple add...."or a few years earlier." On the Time Cycles Research data of charts, he's listed as 1920. So, let's put that chart up as well:

We'll accept the time on the 1920 data as accurate. You can make a case for both charts. I like the sun conjuncting Neptune on one side and Venus and Jupiter in Leo on the other side on the 1920 chart....and in the 8th house which would give it a sexy undertone (Scorpio=8th house). Moon in Cancer would allude to being in everyone's living room every day, while Uranus in the 2nd, but first planet from the ascendant, would work for being on tv, since he didn't seem to act out the natural rebel of the Aquarian planet. Capricorn is rising, and he was born at a time when Cap was much more traditional and disciplined.
The 1925 chart gives him a Taurus moon and Taurus is always good for a singer. Uranus is still in the 3rd house, but Jupiter has moved into the first on the ascendant; a lucky combo that midpoints in the 2nd house; good for money.
Chinese Astrology:
Either way, he was born in the month of the Dragon, which loves to be out there entertaining, and if the time is accurate, then he was born in the hour of the Monkey, which would lend a quality of control, and the minute of the Boar, where he would do most anything not to be ridiculed and may have times of being down and putting on a happy face for the world. The difference would be in the Year - either an Ox or a Monkey. Oxen chafe at being tied down and not doing what they want to.....a double Monkey would make him strive for control at all costs. Don't know if that fits or not.
If anyone has a comment on which may be correct, email me and I'll upload what I can.
