How stately and regal appears our Cosmic Lady of Justice as she holds court over humanity's deeds of courage and feeble human failures. As the 11th card of the Tarot (Major Arcana) Lady Justice faithfully fulfills her Divine Mandate to maintain an eternal vigil over all human thought, feelings, intentions and actions. She represents the Karmic Law of Cause and Effect, a Universal force and principle that is ever active in our lives whether we are conscious of its influence or not. It is her responsibility to ensure that our every action is followed in kind by an equal and similar reaction whether positive or negative. That's why its important for each of us to make every effort to think, feel and act in accordance with Divine Universal Law.

Lady Justice is a most amazing character... she's very concerned for your welfare and is always on the job working in your behalf to balance the affairs of your daily existence. She is in a sense your Divine Mother and is responsible for the entire network of autonomic functions affecting your bodily survival. The Ancients teach us that she is your SUBCONSCIOUS MIND IN ACTION (you saw her earlier as your Intellectual Subconscious in THE EMPRESS). There she demonstrated her potential, power and ability to initiate the growth process. Now you see her again (JUSTICE) as the monitor and regulatory agency within you that directs and guides your bodily creative processes (to ensure a healthy balance and statis between your mind and cellular activity).

The EMPRESS card is that aspect of your SUBCONSCIOUS responsible for actuating the thoughts of the MAGICIAN (Your Self-Conscious). As lady JUSTICE, she continues the creative process through exacting regulation of your bodily temperature, supervision of the metabolism and efficient energy assimilation of all nutrients. Oh yes, she also coordinates all nerve and brain functions. She has an amazing array of Divine forces at her command that can out-think and out-perform even our most sophisticated super computers. In short, she is the virtual Solar Fire of the Creator living within you. Her managing energies are Cosmic (stellar) in origin that have been received, alchemically transmuted and transformed from and by our Divine progenitor, the Sun.

Lady Justice is the 11th of the 22 cards within the Major Arcana. By way of review, the cards within this Arcana are really 22 separate psychological archetypes (major lessons) provided to teach us the disciplines necessary to facilitate our "return" to the Creator. Eons ago when each of was created by God, we were sent to Earth to first discover our individuality, then to learn to share with others and finally to become one in heart and consciousness with all universally. Having reached this final stage of spiritual awareness, we then depart this mortal coil to begin serving the Creator within the vastness of other mansions and eternity spheres (by assuming higher roles of responsibility on God's management team). Since this 11th card falls precisely mid-way in the series of 22, it is like the fulcrum of a seesaw or the mid-way balance point for the 22 cards. The first 11 cards reflected our involutionary process or learning descent into the particulate density (third dimensional polarity) of physical matter. The second 11 illustrate the ascending steps necessary for us to attain and achieve spiritual and bodily perfection.

Lady Justice is characterized as this mid-way point of equilibrium... it is her responsibility to take discriminatory action (as your protector) to eliminate any and all life elements that would threaten your good health or life potential. Using her sword of discrimination (shown in her right hand) she cuts away and attempts to eliminate any negative thoughts you may produce that would be detrimental to your health. With the scales in her left hand, she returns proper balance to the body.

Since most individuals live in a world of self-centered and sense-oriented thought and emotion, Lady JUSTICE is severely taxed and over-worked. Unfortunately the nature of some of our adverse thought transmissions force her to allow the Universe to enact Karmic law, returning like for like. It's her hope, however, that through time, the painful lessons learned will change and revise our destructive self-conscious choices and willful desires. When this magic moment arrives and we come to understand that we are the products of our thought, we then begin to work in cooperation with Lady Justice to allow her to produce more perfect bodies.

The Arcane teachings of the Masters totally support and agree with the prime directive of Lady Justice. Their teachings state that until mankind has learned to discriminate and make personal choices based on Divine Spiritual Law, personal physical and emotional imperfections will continue to manifest. However, once we use our agency of free will to impress our subconscious with new and more positive images, we will empower her to completely remake our bodies in the image that God originally intended. We humans are comparable to the tilted orbit of our earth. We spin imperfectly and must be "righted" just as our earth will "pole shift" in the very near future.

Our subconscious mind has been given the authority to remake our entire physical being when we begin living a more perfect life. The ancient teachings state that once we have perfected our selective thought, urges, passions, diet and mental images, the rising kundalini and resulting higher spiritual vibration will cause the pituitary and pineal glands to awaken. These glands will initiate the release of various hormones (from certain ductless glands) that will actually begin transforming, rebuilding and upgrading the cells within our heart. The teachings further explain that the transformed heart will then cause subtle chemical, electrical and crystalline structural changes within the bloodstream. At this point, all the cells of the body are called into action and transformed. Since new cells will be required to transform the brain, subtle forces will then be accessed through the breath obtained from the pranic globules contained in the air outside of the body. This will set in motion a whole new series of bodily bioelectrical currents and color/sound vibrations currently unknown nor understood by modern medicine. All processes will be superintended and facilitated by the ascended Cosmic Life-force mentioned earlier (Kundalini) that emanates from the base of our spine. Then and only then will mankind be in total harmony with the equilibrium of the Universe. An awesome goal, but one each of us must someday attain.
